Impact Carpet Cleaning Canberra takes the health of our staff members and customers very seriously. In challenging moments like these, we try our best to be more careful to protect the safety and well-being of our staff and customers. In order to minimise the spread of Coronavirus we have implemented the following measures

1. All of Impact Carpet Cleaning Canberra’s staff members carry hand sanitisers in their van which they use in between every job or when necessary to help kill any germs and/or viruses, and maintain good overall hygiene.

2. All of Impact Carpet Cleaning’s staff members are constantly monitored throughout this pandemic. Any member showing flu like symptoms or any sign of sickness are asked to stay home and self quarantine.

3. Impact Carpet Cleaning has implemented measures to screen our customers for their wellbeing. We ask our clients if they have travelled overseas within the last 14 days or have come into contact with anyone that may have travelled overseas and/or show signs of any flu like symptom.

During this tough period, we need your help with battling this virus and we kindly ask that you postpone your booking if you have traveled overseas in the past 14 days or posses any flu-like symptoms or feeling unwell.
