Unfortunately we're not able to invoice for payment at a later date, unless you have an active account with us. We normally take payment as soon as the job is completed. So please ensure you make payment arrangements before we commence your carpet cleaning job.
The reason why we are not able to invoice for payment at a later date is due to some customers taking advantage of this situation and ending up not paying their invoices. We're a small family business and need to ensure our invoices are paid on time. However if you're a regular customer we can certainly make arrangements and maybe open an account for you on our system so you can pay after the job is done.
Do I have to be present whilst you clean my carpet?
No, you do not have to be at the property when we clean your carpet. You're able to arrange access for us to enter your property. We may also be able to pick up the keys from your real estate or your work if it's in close proximity. Please advise us in advance if you'd like to arrange a carpet clean without your presence.

We rather not handle your personal belongings as there maybe some items that you really care about or items with sentimental value. Other reason is it takes a lot of effort to move things around and also a lot of time as well. We rather clean your carpet and do a good job cleaning them rather than spend our time and energy moving your furniture. This way we can ensure we achieve perfect results for you each and ever time!
How long would it take for the carpets to dry?
Depending on the weather on the day and the fibres of your carpet, the dry time may vary. This also depends on the method of cleaning we perform at your property. If it's a dry clean then your carpet will be dry in less than an hour but a steam clean may take longer, around 6 - 12 hours.
In order to ensure you get the best drying times, it's important for you to select the method you prefer. For example if you don't have much time and would like the carpets to dry quickly, then you can opt for a quick dry clean or if you're happy to wait then a stam clean maybe the right choice for you. In either case it's important to select the right date for the cleaning. Preferably a date which is not rainy, especially if you opt for the steam cleaning method.
